Return & Exchange Policy

First: Exchange and Return

  • Purchases intended for exchange or return must be in their original condition at the time of purchase and the protective cover must not have been removed.
  • Return and exchange cover all products in case of a manufacturing defect or a delivery error, with the company bearing the transportation cost.
  • If the customer wishes to return or exchange a product for another, the customer will bear the transportation fees.
  • The return and exchange period is 30 days from the date of receiving the product, except for offer and discount days where the return is within 15 days from the date of receipt.
  • A product will not be exchanged for another unless the original product is out of stock, and the customer's approval will be sought before exchanging the product.

Second: Product Return Method

  • If you received your product from the Green House sales team, you should contact us.
  • If you received your product from a shipping company, you can use express mail services.
  • If you purchased your product from one of our distributors, you should review the same showroom.
  • The amount due to the customer is refunded within seven (7-14) days from the date of receiving the product.
  • In case of payment on delivery, bank transfer, SADAD system, or Visa, the amount will be returned from the Green House to the customer's account via bank transfer.
  • The Green House establishment replaces the product that has a manufacturing defect or is not desired within three (3) working days according to the following conditions:
  • The device must be free from scratches, misuse, or malfunction due to incorrect voltage connection.
  • Bring the product in the original box with all the accessories inside.
  • The original purchase invoice must be attached when wishing to exchange or return. The invoice number must be visible on the shipping document, and in its absence, the process may be delayed or the response process slowed down.
